Food has always been the focal point of my life.
Growing up overseas I was exposed to so many different cuisines, textures, flavors, fruits, vegetables, you name it. After attending the Culinary Institute of America, cooking for Patrick O'Connell at The Inn at Little Washington and Jose Andres' team in DC at Cafe Atlantico, minibar & Zaytinya, and receiving my Advanced Sommelier training from Wine Spirits & Education Trust, I’m excited to bring my cooking to a broader audience!
